At Hentley Farm, we strive to ensure every bottle meets our high standards of excellence; however, if your wine is faulty or damaged during transit, we offer a straightforward replacement or refund process. Please note that we cannot accept returns for change of mind due to the perishable nature of our premium wine collections.
Contact Our Cellar Door
Notify our team within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing cellardoor@hentleyfarm.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.
Provide Proof of Issue
To assist with your claim, please provide photographic evidence of any breakage or a detailed description if you believe the wine is corked or faulty.
Secure the Goods
If a return is required, ensure the remaining wine is re-sealed with the original closure and packed securely in its original delivery carton to prevent further damage.
Resolution and Refund
Once we verify the fault, we will arrange for a replacement shipment at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
